Spring has sprung and with the promise of better weather more progress is expected in the coming months on current builds in Stages 4 and 5. Houses are beginning to pop up like mushrooms across Kyneton on Riverside and as design specifications are ticked off, many other new builds will commence construction.

The first double storey in this section of the estate has been built, giving height to the streetscape. In addition, several families have moved into residences nearby which has created a buzz of activity.
