Front Landscaping Rebate $1,500*

Therefore we want to contribute and help with your garden. We are offering a front landscaping rebate of $1,500, available to all Stage 10 & 11 purchasers once your front landscaping is complete and in accordance with our design guidelines.

How to Claim your rebate

*Front Landscaping Rebate Conditions

(a) The Vendor agrees to reimburse the Purchaser an amount up to $1,500.00 (Landscaping Rebate) for costs incurred by the Purchaser for the price of landscaping the Land provided that the landscaping is completed in accordance with the Design Guidelines within 6 months of the date of issue of the Occupancy Permit for the Dwelling constructed on the Land.

(b) The Purchaser acknowledges that the Vendor is only required to pay the Landscaping Rebate to the Purchaser for amounts paid by the Purchaser for soil, mulch, plants, turf and the like used to complete the landscaping in accordance with the Design Guidelines (Approved Landscape Works). The costs of pathways, driveways and letterboxes are specifically excluded.

(c) To obtain payment of the Landscaping Rebate, the Purchaser must, within 30 days after completion of the Approved Landscape Works, submit copies of: (i) all receipts for the Approved Landscape Works; (ii) the Occupancy Permit; and (iii) colour photographs evidencing completion of the Approved Landscape Works, (iv) by way of email addressed to: head office  (or such other email address as the Vendor may notify the Purchaser from time to time).

(d) The Purchaser acknowledges that if the Purchaser fails to comply with the requirements of special condition 27(c) within the time specified, reimbursement of the Landscape Rebate to the Purchaser will be at the Vendor’s discretion.
