Construction Update Stage 10 & 11

At Kyneton On Riverside, we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

While construction has continued to progress, a combination of prolonged wet weather and unforeseen approval timeframes has impacted our original delivery schedule. As a result, we now expect land titles for Stages 10 & 11 to be issued in the final quarter of 2026.

We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the delay. We appreciate the patience and understanding shown by our purchasers as we work through circumstances outside our control.

Despite these challenges, significant progress has been made on site. Underground services are progressing steadily, with roadworks and final civil works continuing as conditions and approvals allow.

Our team, together with Prendergast Earthmoving & Civil Construction, remains focused on delivering the quality neighbourhood you’ve been waiting for. We’ll continue to provide regular construction updates as we move towards completion and title registration.
